Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, free from damage, odors, stains, or any alterations, and must not affect their resale value.
Special Note:
If you are unable to request a return or exchange within the 30-day period due to special circumstances (e.g., you are on vacation), please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to extend your return period by an additional 7 days.
Special Discount Policy:
Currently, all returns and exchanges due to product quality issues will have all costs covered by us, including return shipping fees. Please note that we recommend using standard postal services for returns.
